We, at Symi Nautilus Luxury Suites, have taken all the necessary security measures. Nonetheless, customers must pay attention to the following:
Smoking in rooms or any indoor common areas is strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed. If a guest arrive with a pet, the reservation will be cancelled and the paid amount will not refund.
Children are welcome. There is a child’s swing for children up to 2 years old. Children below 6 years old can stay at any double room free of charge as long as they use the existing bed. Children above 6 years old (or children who wish to use a different bed) shall be accommodated in the rooms designed for a family of three (namely the one bedroom apartments). Parents have full responsibility for the safety and the protection of their children.
No additional beds shall be added to the rooms.
In case of any damage or wear, the customer shall be held liable to pay the appropriate fee.

Bathroom sink or caramic fireplace or kitchen sink damage
Key loss.
Please be mindful of the road during your arrival and departure as it is tilted.
Access to the rooms is by stairs, therefore each customer must be careful while using them. Please hold on to the handrail for your own safety.
Customers must be careful while using the room balconies. Refrain from bending over in order to avoid falling hazards.
The owners and staff bear no responsibility for the contents of the safe that is placed in the customers’ room.
